I’ve used Elysia for 3 different occasions, for work and personal life. She is so creative, I give her very little to go on but she creates exactly what I was hoping for in my head, and even better. The quality of her work is outstanding and she is really easy to talk to, has great communication even right up to the day to ensure we are happy. I also love that she will collect them and then they go to a worthy place. I would not hesitate, and have already done so, to recommend Once in a Bal-loon to anyone, for any event!
